Good bread from good people is an inclusive social bakery where people with intellectual disabilities bake bread, earn a living, and develop skills while helping others. Since 2017, more than 70 people have found meaningful employment through the bakery.

Beyond that, the organisation donates bread to residents of frontline communities, provides free hot meals to those in need, and runs the “Pay-It-Forward Cupcake” initiative, allowing customers to pre-pay a treat for someone less fortunate. Their work is a powerful example of how inclusion, dignity, and solidarity come together.

As part of Ukraine2Power’s winter project, we delivered warming kits with electric blankets, first aid kits, and pocket warmers to the NGO For Good People for the employees with intellectual disabilities working at the bakery. These practical items are helping them stay warm, safe, and comfortable throughout the winter and lasting blackouts.
