It is truly inspiring to see how many dedicated and compassionate people are coming together. Kateryna Pavlova, who lived in Germany for more than 10 years, now joins our growing team, strengthening the bridge between Germany and Ukraine that makes this work possible.

Together with our partners from the Ukrainian foundation Help for Ukraine, and with the support of many volunteers, we have already distributed around 500 heating kits, handing them from hand to hand, directly to people facing the cold.

The reality is hard to accept: The situation remains catastrophic.
Ongoing attacks on energy infrastructure mean that cold is deliberately used as a weapon, forcing civilians — children, elderly, families — to survive in inhumane conditions.

And yet, solidarity continues to move faster than destruction.
